Starting therapy can be a big step, and I believe you deserve a space where you can show up exactly as you are. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment where you feel safe to explore your experiences without fear of judgment. I view therapy as a partnership; we'll work together to better understand what's been keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and move toward the life you want to create.
I work with adolescents and adults navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity exploration, sexuality, relationship challenges, and neurodivergence. Whether you're processing difficult experiences, feeling overwhelmed by life's changes, or simply trying to better understand yourself, I'm here to support you with compassion and curiosity.

My approach is flexible and tailored to your unique needs and goals. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment-based approaches, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients heal, build resilience, and create meaningful change.
I am passionate about creating an affirming space where all people feel welcome and respected. I have experience working with neurodivergent individuals and members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and I welcome clients of all identities, relationship structures, and family systems, including those in polyamorous and ethically non-monogamous (ENM) relationships.

I know that every person's story is unique, and I feel honored to be invited into that story. Whether you're seeking healing, growth, or simply a place to feel heard, I'd love the opportunity to walk alongside you.
