COMMON  QUERIES

My appointment is scheduled to be in person, but I'd like to switch to teletherapy- is this possible?

Yes, this is easy to do.  Simply reach out to your therapist's direct number or send a secure message through the client portal and let your therapist know that you would like to switch from in-person to teletherapy (or teletherapy to in person).

What is the cancellation policy?

We respectfully request 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.  There is a fee charged if this notice is not given, however we do waive the fee on a case-by-case basis if an emergency impacts your ability to attend session.  If you are exposed to COVID or otherwise sick and not able to attend in person, you also have the option to switch the session to teletherapy if you still feel well enough to participate in session.

Is your office handicap accessible?

The Fort Collins location is handicap accessible.  We are on the second floor, but there is an elevator and the office and bathroom are both handicap accessible.

The Loveland location, unfortunately, is not handicap accessible.

Are masks needed?

Masks are not currently required, but if you would feel more comfortable with your therapist wearing one during your session for any reason, just let them know.
