Client Portal

In the secure client portal, you can:
  • Access teletherapy appointments
  • Send a secure message to your therapist
  • See scheduled appointments
  • Sign intake forms (found in the "My Docs & Forms" section)
  • Update credit card on file, see your outstanding balance, and make payments

Troubleshooting common problems with the portal:

I'm not sure I got the portal invitation- what do I look for?
  • Look for an email from Therapy Appointment, the subject line will look like this: "[TherapyAppointment] Your registration created on..."​​​
  • The link to set up your portal is good for 48 hours from when it is sent; if your link expires before you have an opportunity to set up your portal please contact info@windsofchangecounseling.net
I have a teletherapy appointment scheduled, but I don't know how to launch the session.
  • The button to launch your teletherapy session will show up 15 minutes prior to the start of your session.  Once the "launch" button appears, simply click on that.  If you launch your session before your therapist, you will wait in a virtual waiting room until they are ready. ​​

Do I need an app or program downloaded prior to my teletherapy appointment?
  • If you are using a computer, can launch the session from your Chrome browser without needing to download the Therapy Appointment app.  To do this, click "continue in your current browser." (see image below)
  • If using your phone you will need to download the Therapy Appointment app prior to your appointment.

I'm supposed to fill out paperwork before my first session.  Where can I find this?
  • Intake forms can be found in the "My Docs & Forms" tab in the portal.
